Delivery Information

1. Free Delivery Offer

  • We offer free delivery on all orders over £75 (ex VAT) within mainland UK.

  • Orders under £50 (ex VAT) – Delivery charge £5

Standard delivery: 3–5 working days from despatch.
Large items, manufactured items, and made-to-order products may take up to 15 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.


2. Order Processing (Weekdays)

Orders placed before 1.00 pm during weekdays will be processed on the same day and delivered within 3 to 5 working days.


3. Weekend Orders

All orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday) and delivered within 3 to 5 working days.


4. Next Day Deliveries

We do not offer next day deliveries for any web purchases.
If you require Next Day or Next Working Day delivery, please call 01372 450667 to check availability and cost.


5. Stock & Lead Time Notifications

If your order requires additional time — for example, if it is out of stock, a manufactured item, or a bespoke product — we will inform you on the same day or next working day before processing your order.

Engineered Deliveries

If you require a White Glove Delivery (engineer visit to deliver, assemble, and demonstrate your product), please call 01372 450667.

Depending on your location, a delivery & installation fee may apply. We will confirm availability and costs before booking.

This service is currently available for the following products:


1) Rise & Recline Chairs

  • Free Delivery within 50 miles
  • Nationwide Engineered Delivery: From £95 to £135

2) Mobility Scooters & Powerchairs

  • Free White Glove Delivery within 50 miles only
  • Please contact us to confirm availability

3) Electric Beds

  • 2-Man Delivery & Installation Service available
  • Please call us for a quote and availability

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date of sale.
After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted.

If you wish to cancel, please call us first to see if we can resolve your issue.
If no mutual solution is found, a written cancellation letter should be addressed to the business directors.


Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of a mistake or picking error, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange to send the correct items and collect the incorrect ones.

You may unpack and inspect goods purchased from us. However, any returned products must be:

  • Complete
  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging

Abilitystore Limited reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement of any products returned damaged or not in ‘as new’ condition.

⚠️ Due to the handmade and specialised nature of bespoke products, returns are not accepted unless items are incorrect or faulty.
