Making a Purchase

Making a purchase is a few clicks away. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard,and all debit cards.

You can also use your PayPal account to order via the website.

How to order:

You can order your new product in a variety of ways to suit you:

  • Fill in the secure on-line form with your credit/debit card details, or purchase using Paypal.
  • Fill in the contact form with an outline of the product that you would like and we will fill in the form for you.
  • Fill in the contact from requesting a call back from us.

Payments:

You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque, cash or by a bank transfer (BACS) with proforma invoice by email. We now also accept Paypal. Your payment can be made to the delivery person in 35 mile range by a phone call arrangement if you have technical difficulties.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will acknowledge acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect you in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling

We can normally get products to you within 3-5 days but can achieve this quicker if required -please ask us and we will do our best!

Delivery Schedule

We normally deliver your goods right away. We will normally send your order to you within 3-5 days. International orders are generally received in less than 15 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges & VAT

Almost many products on this site will be zero-rated for VAT when purchased by, or for, an individual who will be using the product to aid their personal comfort or mobility. We will simply record the product purchased and the condition from which you suffer, at the time of purchase. This information will be made available to the VAT office should they request but not to any other persons.

Credit Card Security

All on-line payments are processed by “PayPal” and Lloyds bank cardnet , are 100% secure. Your card details are never transmitted to us-only a confirmation that the payment has been accepted.

Guarantee

All of our new products have at least twelve months warranty from date of delivery. We will undertake the repair or exchange of any item, which is deemed to be faulty. Call out to your home is free for the first year with mobility scooter, riser recliners, bath lifts in 35 miles range. Outside these locations all other products will have to be sent or collected and inspected at our premises.

Any instances that are deemed to be user misuse will be charged on an individual basis. (Pre-owned mobility scooters and powerchairs usually come with a limited 3 month warranty) For complete peace of mind, you can extend your warranty for up to three years on scooters and powerchairs, so that you never have to worry about repair bills. Home call out is restricted, please clarify before purchase.
